My therapist has guided me on my journey towards recovery and consistently offers me resources for the ride. Even though I still face challenges and there's a long way to go, her kindness, support, and understanding are unwavering, and she has provided me with insights I've never had before.

I’m sure there’s a good selection of counselors out there, but the website and overall process leave a lot to be desired. You can’t browse through various profiles to find the right match for you. Instead, you get paired with a counselor, and if you feel like it’s not a good fit, you have to reach out to support to make a change. When you do switch, you don’t get to choose who you’ll see next. The staff member handling the chat picks your next therapist for you, and you keep going like that until you think you’ve found someone who suits you. Their sessions are just 60 minutes long. There’s no option for a 30-minute session, and unlike most companies, they don’t offer a free 15-minute consultation before you commit to full sessions. You have to book a whole hour and hope you vibe with the person. Plus, you buy credits to schedule these appointments, and they’re non-refundable. So once you pay, you’re kinda stuck. You also can’t file any claims with insurance since they won’t provide proper receipts until after your session is done.

The website doesn’t let you send private messages to your counselor, and there’s no app for easy access or video calls.

I’m giving this 3 stars mainly because the customer service team is fantastic. The lady I spoke with was really helpful and even gave me a credit due to a family emergency I had for my session. Still, it would be nice if booking didn’t feel so restrictive. Right now, I’m just using my one credit to submit my charge to insurance, and then I’m off to find another online service.

Jessica is just fantastic! She shows so much care, kindness, and insight in what she does. With a mix of different tools and methods, she really helps you tackle even the toughest problems. I honestly can't picture where I'd be without her, and I'm really thankful to her and Wellin5 for connecting us.

Aaron is an excellent counselor. I could truly be myself around him. He invested time in getting to know me, and I genuinely felt comfortable in his presence. It's a bummer to see him leave, but I'm grateful for our time together and wish him all the best.

I've had an awesome time with this service. My overall well-being has really gotten better thanks to the counselors at Wellin5. The virtual sessions offer me the flexibility I require in my routine to receive the support I need while keeping up with my everyday life. I can't express how many good things I have to say about this!

Great experience overall. Prices are reasonable. Plus, the therapist I worked with is the best I've had in ages.

This is a total scam that got my credit card details. I signed up for the free video, but after that, they just ghosted me. Super unprofessional. Go on, give it a shot if you want, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was fantastic and the prices were just right. My therapist was incredibly supportive. Sadly, I can't keep using the service after they raised their rates.

My therapist is awesome, but the platform has its quirks and we've run into some tech problems. I also think they could really benefit from adding features like a goals section or reminders for important points. I would’ve rated it higher, but the 30% jump in session prices has me feeling a bit down, especially since so many folks are struggling financially due to the pandemic and facing price hikes on essential items. To make matters worse, there's no explanation for such a big increase. People’s salaries aren’t rising by 30%.

The Downsides:
• There's no text messaging feature for chatting with the counsellor.
• The video takes a bit to load, and the warning message is in white at the bottom, so I often miss it when it tells me it's about to wrap up.

The Upsides:
• My initial session with my counsellor was fantastic. We connected immediately.
• My counsellor has the right training for my needs and a few other areas, which is super helpful.
• The Wellin5 team, especially Brittany, does a great job of keeping in touch with clients and working to fix problems. I felt like my concerns were acknowledged, and we managed to find a solution together.

This has been the finest therapy I've experienced. There's always someone available when you require support.

I was a bit unsure at first about trying 'online' counseling, but Brady really changed my mind. His unique method is something I hadn't encountered before; he embraces me just as I am and supports me in boosting my self-esteem, both in a practical sense and with great care. I've genuinely emerged as a stronger version of myself. Always punctual, professional, and incredibly budget-friendly. I wholeheartedly suggest Wellin5, especially... Brady :)

I really enjoyed working with this company; the match I got was just right for me.

However, the recent hike in prices has made it too pricey for me. I can't continue as a client anymore.

It's super disappointing to see such an increase, especially when mental health issues are on the rise.
